1. Refund Period

Our refund policy is valid for 14 business days from the date you receive your artwork. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Digital Artworks

Digital or downloadable artworks are non-refundable, due to the nature of the product. However, if there is a technical issue with a digital file, we may offer a replacement file upon mutual agreement.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. Any artwork that is returned damaged will not be eligible for a refund, unless the damage occurred during delivery.

4. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your artwork arrives damaged as a result of the shipping process, you are eligible for:

• A full refund of the artwork, and

• A refund of return shipping costs.

Please provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Gift cards

• Printable or downloadable artworks

6. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame using the same payment method (or another mutually agreed method).

8. Exchanges

We only replace artworks that were damaged during shipping. However, if you wish to exchange an artwork for another piece and agree to cover the associated shipping costs, an exchange may be arranged upon mutual agreement.
If the replacement artwork is of higher value, the buyer will be responsible for paying the price difference.

9. Return Shipping Address

Your artwork may be shipped from either Delaroke Gallery UK or Delaroke Gallery Nigeria.
You will receive the appropriate return address from us once your return request has been reviewed and approved.

10. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases where the artwork was damaged in transit.
Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.

11. Shipping Recommendations

As artworks are valuable, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Delaroke Gallery cannot guarantee receipt of returned items or be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the return process.
